Compiled from a series of vinyl-only 12"s released by Involve during the same period as Signer's epic "Low Light Dreams" (Carpark/Involve), which recently had the honor of being included in Fact Magazine's Top 25 Dub Techno Tracks Of All Time - a testament to the depth of Bevan Smith's life in London at the time. During that time he found Loscil via mp3.com, searching for artists similarly influenced by Seefeel and Berlin techno. The result was Loscil's debut release (the same year as his first for Kranky, "Triple Point"), as one part of the series of 12"s compiled here. Expansive, hypnotic, evocative - an epic and unique mix of ambient, dub, and techno as good as anything out there, long out of print and well-deserving of a reissue. All tracks have been reworked &/or remastered to ensure the highest possible sound quality.
