"An absolutely brilliant album. Cyco (note the changed spelling, in place since the "Blacc Plague" album) provides some of the most disturbing and timely social commentary ever heard on a hip-hop record--he has an incredible flow and incredibly complex and insightful lyrics. A true head would put Cyco's storytelling brilliance on a par with Slick Rick and, obviously, Scarface (of Geto Boys fame). However, while the Geto Boys, which are an obvious comparison, seem to self-destruct with their anger and only Scarface's (and Big Mike's, when he replaces Willie D) lyrics on-par at all times, Cyco provides incredible subtlety and restraint. An absolute must for hip-hop heads--regardless if you're a backpacker, beathead, or gangsta."
Oldskool horrorcore

"This album was supposedly released before ICP, Gravediggaz or the Flatlinerz were known... Which would automaticly make it an important album. I was not disappointed when I received this album in the mail. It has a solid early nineties style flow and lyrics about murder, insanety and the like. I recommend it to all horrorcore fans."
