XmisanthropistX | Horror City, PA | 06/24/2008 (3 out of 5 stars) "so this record reminds me a lot of shai hulud's "that within blood ill-tempered" the melodic guitar parts are very good, however some song structures seem to rely too heavily on breakdowns which, sadly is the mistake that a lot of bands are making these days. Also, the riffing is used over a lot of "toughguy" hardcore progressions a la hatebreed, or remembering never.
in all its not a bad release, its good to hear hardcore bands following in hulud's footsteps and not being totally awful at it." |
