"I stumbled across the name of this band online and became curious because it was such a outragious name. So I went to their myspace page and my ears heard something I hadn't heard in a long time, something different/original. I was first suprised that the band consisted of two members, and that alot of the sounds were programmed. So when I went to their myspace page, I just hit play on their music player and to my shock, the music was catchy, heavy, brutal, and even melodic. Now don't think this is another iwrestledabearonce, far from it. To me this band represents at times what a screamo band should sound like, catchy, emotional, and makes you wanna sing along, or scream. I grew up on poison the well so when I think screamo, alot of what is considered screamo today to me isn't. Now I set my friends on fire deliver's a screamo feel that I had forgotten about. For example the song, things that rhyme with orange has to be one of the best songs I have heard in a long time. Now they also deliver on bringing the heavy and grind, and even smack you with some breakdowns. This cd gives you everything and in the best jaw dropping way. They do not ruin any genre, and have impressed me very much. I can't wait to see what their next album sounds like."
