CD Reviews

Helios Creed Kicking the Asteroid Belt!
Carolus Holman | Seattle, WA | 03/05/2000
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I was so happy to see that the Master of Space-noise was at it again. Some very catchy riffs, mixed with a dollop of pure percusive mind invasion. Helios Creed does with Guitar and Vocals what we might hope Jimi Hendrix may have accomplished had he lived. Helios does more with six strings than any other performer, definitely a good album for first time Helios Purchasers. If you get a chance to see him play, do it, you will walk away with a new appreciation for over the edge sonic blaspemy."

"This is great grunge. But I would like it more if I could understand some of the words they say. I like it. you should listen to the samples"
Psychic Psychedelic Psalvation

"Helios Creed makes the kind of music that Androids in the future will have sex to. I imagine that after Helios leaves his "Half Machine Studio" the thing comes alive, possessed guitars moaning and shreaking psychic sustain to zombie marching beats with discarnate voices ,all impregnating thier sonics onto the mastertapes.Helios comes in the next day after coming of his trip and goes ...."WAY COOL! I was hoping it would sound this bent". Another great effort from the master of psychedelic sonics. This album is up with his masterwork "Kiss to the Brain". Helios has always shown that you don't need to play Squillions of notes to be THE Coolest guitarist in this Solar System."
