The Minneapolis based duo of Andrew Broder (guitars, electronics) and Tim Glenn (drums, electronics) have created sounds together for years in various forms, improvising duos, rock bands (we'll let you figure out which ones), and even as members of Rhys Chatham's Guitar Trio . Now they are collaborating as HeatdeatH. This entity is the outlet for the duo's long-standing dedication to drone, ambient noise, bedroom black metal, free jazz, four track recording, modern composition, and pretty sh*t. Their sound constantly unfolds and overlaps, searching melodically with great sadness and beauty, while overwhelmingly abrasive and terrifying all at once. HeatdeatH is the void, infinite cosmic despair, and the end of consciousness. II is the second release by the duo, following up their debut released in March of 2008 by the Conspiracy Records Label out of Belgium (Jesu, Tim Hecker, ISIS, Birchville Cat Motel, Nadja, etc.) It is available as a limited edition 12 vinyl Ep (includes a download coupon with an additional track not available anywhere else) with jackets silkscreened by Burlesque of North America (Sunn 0))), Jesu, etc.) and as a mp3 download from Thrill Jockey, Itunes, eMusic, et al.
