From Victoria, Texas comes the traditional conjunto sounds of Los IV del Barrio with their debut CD entitled Hasta La Eternidad. Together as a band for almost two years, each musician brings a long history of musical experience to this group.
Led by Jesse Garza on bass and lead vocals, the group continues to gain popularity as they perform on a weekly basis throughout South Texas. Several of the band members grew up singing the rich harmonies of gospel music. This is a talent that gives Los IV Del Barrio a rich harmonious flavor that compliments a strong traditional conjunto beat.
Highlights from this CD include: Senorita Cantinera, La Prima De Todos, Los Laureles, and the title song Hasta La Eternidad. Rancheras, boleros, polkas and even al little bit of country music makes us claim that Los IV del Barrio does it all.
