"My god, what a fantastic soundtrack. As a seasoned soundtrack-buyer I can tell you - it's a rarity to find every song from the movie on a soundtrack. Yet every one is on this baby. Every single one! Even the bits o' ones you hear in the distant background. I had to watch the movie again to check, especially after I read one of the reviews about how none of the songs from the movie were on the soundtrack.... I think they may have been watching the wrong movie.
P.S, You'll be out searching Amazon for an album by each one of the artists on this fabulous cd!"
Songs - but no score

"Very disappointed to find none of the original score to the film on this CD at all. Weird! The songs are fine, but it doesn't really give a feel of the movie."
Bob Schneider is a genius!

"First off, tracks 1 and 5, Blue Skies for Everyone and Round and Round, respectively, are by folky popster Bob Schneider, NOT Lonely Land!!! And these tracks make the album worth every cent! Like Tom Waits mixed with Paul Simon, only cheerier, Bob Schneider's melodies and quirky lyrics are beyond infectious. Who can resist something so fresh as a little opera singing layered with poprock on Round and Round?!Also, Sandra Bullock's mom sings opera on the last track...cool."
