"I have to say that there is a reason for the flood of incredibly positive reviews for this album. I bought it at a used music shop a few days ago, not at all very knowledgable of more than a few of their songs, bought it with a few other CDs of bands that I know and love, and when I took this one home, I haven't been able to stop listening to it.

It's refreshing to hear, once again, an album with such high strung positive energy all throughout it. It seems like once you put this one you're on for one long and awesome roller coaster ride of rock.

The recording is definitely not high quality, scratchy at points, and sometimes the audience gets way too loud, and yet all of those contribute so much to how awesome this album is. It's one of those things that just click.

Great, fast, erratic, good ol American guitar playing, backed by a warm driving bass (which certainly doesn't hide itself in the background) and loud and crashing drums. The whole album can be quite chaotic, but also very tight knit. The band members definitely had more energy than professionalism, because you can tell that they know what they are doing, and they know that they know what they are doing.

My face is being eaten by an iguana."
