For those long to the Goodness fan family, you most likely remember a few songs from shows past and maybe you even wonder whatever became of them? The answer is many of them actually found their way to studio tape and for one reason or another simply never made it onto an actual CD release. Well, Goodness thinks it's high time to take care of that. Remember Sister Twin, and Disco '77? They'll be there. Lately Goodness has been bringing out Sex & Rebellion in the live shows. It's there too. Along with many others you might know and you might not -- "Catching Fireflies" ring a bell? Representing some of Goodness' finest work over the past five years, this record will be a wonderful collection of awesome rock songs that deserve to be out there for all to enjoy.

"From the first note of "These Days" to the last raucous jam of "Catching Fireflies", you will think, "Why are these songs that they've never release before?". Sounds to me that they waited until the songs were perfected, so they could release the best album of their already awesome catalog!! A MUST have for any rocker, Carries vocals rival that of any female in rock, Danny and Garth play their guitars off each other like they can read each others minds, and Fiia's background vocals and Bass, along with Chris' rock steady beat are the rock-solid foundation of this album. The best rock release of the year!! Thanks for sharing it with us!!!"

"I agree with the critical praise (above), although analysis of the parts misses the whole of what the band has always been about: feel. (Hence the name?) And they have it in abundance here. Never better. As usual, Carrie's voice steals the show."
