The Glad Version recorded their first record, Smile Pretty Make Nice with critically acclaimed producer John Hermanson in the winter of 2003. TGV released their second record, Lights Out North Star in 2006. Charting at #67 on the CMJ Top 200, Lights Out North Star was well received by critics and audiences alike. Two trips to the east coast and many lessons later, The Glad Version released their third full-length album, Make Islands, on October 19, 2007.
