Geraldo (real name Gerald Bright) and his Orchestra were one of the UK's all-time popular dance bands and were popular during the '40s and '50s for their live appearances, radio broadcasts and of course, their recordings. They were fronted by such famous dance-band vocalists as Dorothy Carless, Denny Vaughan, Archie Lewis, Carole Carr, Cyril Grantham, Jill Day and Bob Dale. This collection not only includes Geraldo's most popular and best-loved titles, but several previously unreleased broadcast recordings.
