2004 digitally remastered edtion of two live sets on 2CD's recorded in 1972 at Ronnie Scott's and in 1974 at Merlin's Cave respectively. "Nuts And Son Of Nuts" includes classic Melly performances of songs like Bessie Smith's "I Need A Little Sugar In My Bowl" and "Young Woman's Blues", Joe Turner's "Roll 'Em Pete" and Fats Waller's "The Joint Is Jumping" to which Melly and the Feetwarmers bring their inimitable touch, as well as Sykes' infamous "Nuts" and Chilton's "Good Time George". The accompanying booklet features the original liner notes with quotes by the likes of Annie Ross and Mick Mulligan as well as annotations updated by Melly himself.
