"I am a fan of bach canata, so expect to listen Bohm's music, because he was eariler excellent germany composer in baroque period. I found Bohm handle multi voices music perfect in this disc, it shows me the great composition skills. It let me don't doubt why he had big influence on Bach's music. I recommand you could try to listen it, and won't be disappointed."

"I can only second Alfred on this. Superb cantatas in the Buxtehude style. "Mein freund ist mein" is a wonderful work and should be heard by all Baroque music lovers. This is the kind of composition and historical area that Cpo has really excelled in. Other early music companies now chase the buck (Are you listening ARCHIV?) Here is the real thing -excellent, loving performances of great, negelected, early music. Don't miss it!"
