NIP CREATED HORRORCORE RAP!
Markham Page | Ft Worth, Texas United States | 12/03/2002
(4 out of 5 stars)

"NIP does it again, as only NIP can do it in this his 4th effort, Interview with a Killa...psychotic horrocore rap with a down south flava that beats all other "horrorcore" rap-pretenders HANDS DOWN. Ganksta NIP invented it, he perfected it, and he does it like no other...(of all his releases this ranks fourth out of SIX on my list) NIP only officially released 5 CD's but Im counting a never released demo from 2000 ORIGINATOR OF THE PSYCHO STYLE..."
N-I-P is the Killinest
Aaron Shannon | 07/08/1998
(4 out of 5 stars)

"This new album by Ganksta N-I-P is an interesting stare into what is popular today. The album is more gory than a black metal album, because the lyrics are very understandable. This is HARDCORE rap, yet it has a very "reality pop" sound to it. If you know what Rap-A-Lot beats sound like, then you can very well judge that there will be a substantial amount of southern funk in the instrumental tracks. Nip is not just sittin back chillin', nor is he promoting anything noble. But if you like dark humor, and gruesome details, this album is right up your alley. Please don't take anything he says seriously or you will end up dead or in jail, and quite possibly in an insane ward. He is the self proclaimed starter of "psycho rap." He's one of the illest rappers on the scene, but, unless Nip wrote Bushwick's Chuckie lyrics, he might just be the Psycho Prince."
GANKSTA NIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Ganksta nip is litteraly a lost legend. As far as horrorcore raps go this is some of the most perfected horrorcore raps out there. It is ashame that his work is so hard to find.this is his fourth album and is probably my favorite. He has 5 albums of true terror the first four are on rap-a-lot records. I bet all you rap-a-lot fans didnt know that. almost all of the songs are sicc I would tell you to go out and buy this cd but his work is now out of print and is very rare and hard to find. like I said before it is a damned shame."
