Healton | USA | 12/15/2003 (4 out of 5 stars) "Okay, if you hate music (i.e. you watch the Grammys and vote on TRL) you should not be supporting this band. They are dangerous to mediocrity. I was drawn to this band by their name alone (which I suppose makes me a horrible person) but after buying Pardon My French, I realised that these guys weren't just the proud owners of a hilarious band name. Their music is deep minamalism with very catchy hooks and sometimes pavement-like vocals. If you're like me or own any of this band's music, start accepting the fact that geniuses like F*ck will never be famous or get the attention they deserve, but it's their fault for not sounding like anything on the radio. They seem to enjoy what they're doing, and that's what counts. This seems to be their most well recorded album and the vocals aren't too shabby either! I knocked off a star because of that annoying noise on one of the last tracks (you know what I'm talking about). Buy this album and piss on MTV! (and Mr. Music)" My offsetting review Paul B.
