"Frank Gambale's CD "Present For The Future" gives a really strong showing of Frank's brilliance as both a guitarist and a composer. The tunes are enjoyable to listen to and Frank's guitar runs are fast, fluid and inventive - never boring. I highly recommend this CD for appreciators of music that's both melodic and challenging."

"This album was one the first albums that bring my attention to fusion music when it came out. I didn't expect that I would listen it for more than fifteen years. This album is absolutly exceptional under any point of view. The tunes are very, very well written, they are melodic, soulful, challenging and adventurous. Frank's guitar playing is over the top here: consider that this is the album that put him on the map of all time superstar guitar heroes. I can't explain how good this album is. Sounds are fine, not dated at all. It is light, it is entertaining, it is very well played and arranged. It is simply perfect. I dream to record an album like this one! And neither Frank ever did release to date a better album than this one, apart maybe the Live one. But it is a different album. The two have some tracks in common, but in the live album they are streched at their limits, here they are in their original version, less crazy and more calm. This is THE album if you want to know why Frank is rightly considered so good."
