Classic 80's Industrial

"OK, if my memory serves me right, this CD is really a compilation of of 2 Exec-Slacks albums from the mid-eighties (I'd check the actual albums themselves, but they're in a box about 3,000 miles away from where I currently live). If you are a fan of 80's industrial, PICK THIS ONE UP! This was a band that was just starting to gain some notariety in the NJ/Philly area before their rather untimely break up. 'I'm Coming' simply has to have one of the best bass lines ever, and 'Our Lady' and 'Say It Isn't So' just flat out gets your pulse pounding. They also have a sense of humor in their lyrics: 'The Bus' is quite simply about riding a bus, and having someones leg touching yours, invading your space. 'Rock n' Roll' is a goofy, albeit very well done, cover of the classic 'jock rock' anthem. A friend of mine, a few years back told me that one of the members of Exec-Slacks went on to become a member of Tool. I've never bothered to verify that, but if someone else out there knows...anyway, press that little 'Add to Cart' button over there, and I bet you won't regret it."
