This comp has an excellent collection of some of their best material from their previous albums,plus the exciting addition of FOUR new tracks(!)
EXCHANGE's music is instrumental and very filmscorish(they have worked on soundtracks) and is similar to Tony Banks'(GENESIS) solo works with a bit of Yanni or Vangelis thrown in.I found this in a jazz bin but it is definitely NOT jazz...and too heavy at times for hard core new agers.Fans of progressive rock and synth music will appreciate this. Here's hoping the four new tracks mean that new music from EXCHANGE will keep on coming.Recommended!" |
