The National Lutheran Choir, from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, under the direction of Dr. David Cherwien, seeks to strengthen, renew and preserve the Lutheran heritage of choral music through the highest standards of performance and literature within a very rich & diverse repertoire. The choir is composed of professionally trained and experienced choral musicians who perform literature from the entire spectrum of sacred choral works, with and without instrumental accompaniment.This is their album from 2006, where the choir sings with grace and finesse, but can really punch when the music calls for it.
