Hailing from the birthplace of heavy metal, Birmingham, England, ESOTERIC was founded in 1992 by Greg Chandler (Vocals/guitar) and Gordon Chandler (guitar/Samples/Keyboards). Their intentions being to set their moniker to music by way of dark, drawn out, tormented but also cinematic exreme death/doom. Since these early days, the band have released 5 albums (3 of them being double CD's) Which have established them as the founders and kings droned out, durge heavy doom.
