The artists: "Spontaneous Illumination" is written and produced by english Piers Oak-Rhind and austrian Helmut Glavar at the Entheogenic Soundlabs in the south west of France. Most of the soundsamples used on this album like birds and water were recorded by the artists in the beautiful environment of their studio.



c.o.r.n. recordings is a side label of PlayOutRightNow Recordings. c.o.r.n. features music that merits listening to......The aim was to create the perfect environment, which this composition deserves. "Spontaneous Illumination" is through and through a psychedelic and spiritual album. The artwork was especially created for this album. The unfolded inlay is a little poster.

This piece of work encompasses what I've been looking for in a CD for a long time. Music that makes you realize there are people making deep, intelligent sounds for the listener instead of the dollar. The tracks flow smoothly from one to the other allowing much meditation on each. I'm so impressed with this CD. It takes you on a very relaxing and wonderful journey with it's trance rhythms, beautiful melodies & gorgeous mystical vocals! I absolutely love it!



No bad tracks to find on this album! I will not say if this is better or worse than their first album, because thats hard to decide! This album probably requires some more of the listener than their first album, because this is a bit deeper and more psychedelic. So if you enjoyed their first album, you will for sure enjoy this one too and be able to go even deeper into the beautiful sound of Entheogenic!
