ELYSION was founded in 2006 when guitarist and mastermind of the band Johnny Zero recruited talented musicians with different musical backgrounds to shape up a highly promising team. The musical approach consisted of many shades of atmospheric and metal elements mixed with pop/rock as well as alternative/electro and gothic influences. Elysion has been invited to headline important rock and metal events and also had the pleasure to support a great number of top artists of the scene, including The Gathering, Christian Death, Diary Of Dreams, and Star Industry. Their debut album 'Silent Scr3am' was released in December 2009, enjoying an overwhelmingly warm welcome in the music scene. The artwork of their new album 'Someplace Better' was created by Gustavo Sazes (Arch Enemy, Morbid Angel, Manowar, Kamelot, Amaranthe).
