"Elvis Martinez wants to take "Asi Fue" into the past with this album. However, "Directo al Corazon" will not fully put his material over the top. Even though I love the production in this album, only 2 cuts have full impact. "Directo al Corazon" and "Amada Mia" have true emotional motion in the songs. Not that the others have to be scrapped, it's that they lack catchy choruses and depth."

"I hadn't heard of Elivis before, but the cut " Tu Sabes Bien" is sensational. I just got back from DR and that song has been filling up dance floors since x-mas time when I was there last. This album definately makes me wanna buy his first one."
