"Back in the day, when punk still ruled Europe and Disco was the common enemy, this new and exciting sound suddenly appeared on the scene. I loved my EIEIO LPs so much, that I transferred them to MCs to not wear them out by heavy rotation. Strange language in these days of MP3s, right? Well, the technical aspects have certainly changed, but good music is still good music. Call me a sentimental dog, but I lave that psychobilly twang'n'roll. EIEIO and Jason and the Scorchers was the music, I trashed my first car to. Made it spin like a roller coaster and crashed it into a stonewall fence ... what a ride.
I am amazed that these old coots are apparently still around and I am ecstatic that I stumbled across their newest release here. Downloaded it and put it in heavy rotation on my MP3 player right away. I won't hear it in my car though, because being a family man now, this would be downright stupid. Because it's still music that let's you go 120 mph in a moonless night on an Alabamian highway, with the only other sound to hear is the faint echoes of police sirens behind you."
