In a world of its own

"OK, if you like jack dangers, bill laswell, brian eno, and can tolerate melle mel on one track, you've got to have this in your collection. I think I've listened to this disc more than MBM's Subliminal Sandwich (if that says anything). It also contains a nice multimedia thrill (dated, but what the hell?). And for you mac users, there's a nice little hard disc, too, so you're not left out in the cold.If you like the cut-up, multimedia scene, I also recommend the film Sonic Outlaws (from the creator of Tribulation 99), which is a mostly-Negativland documentary. But EBN and the Tape Beatles are also featured in a rather nice way. Buy this disc AND Sonic Outlaws and you won't be disappointed."

"These guys work in the same style as bands like Negativland, taking samples from radio and TV news, commercials, and movies, and seamlessly mixing them into tracks that you can really get down and dance to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!If you like this CD, definitely check out their VHS tape, "Commercial Entertainment Product", which you can find on amazon.com if you search for "Commercial Entertainment" (the "Product" is chopped, so if you search for the full name you won't find it!)."
