CD Reviews

Soundtrack as wonderful as the movie!!!

(5 out of 5 stars)

"Great music for a great film. The director completes this "Wes Anderson-esque" love story/comedy with carefully selected artists and tunes that gracefully nudge the story along as the film Gods intended. The Phoenix Foundation shines along with the other talented musicians and songsmiths. I can't stop listening to this soundtrack!!! One thing I did though was make a disc that bypassed the snippets of dialogue that are peppered in between songs that do more to distract us from the music than they accomplish and besides, Tarantino already did it. A+ though on a well crafted soundtrack."
