"I was lucky enough to catch E.C.'s performance at the Mississippi Valley Blues Festival on July 1, 2000 and I'm here to say this lady is the real thing. You will love the sassy attitude of songs like, "Funkified Blues" and "If You Don't Love Me." E.C. wraps her soulful voice around the Peter Gabriel classic, "Sledgehammer" and makes it all her own. Whether she's singing classic blues or stand up soul, she will make you feel every song. If you have never heard E.C. before, you're sure to become an instant fan--just as I did."

"I heard E.C. about 6 years ago in a small Jazz club in San Fransisco, Ca. She did a rendition of Sam Cook's " Bring it on Home to Me" and simply blew up the place with her powerful voice!! She even brought up on stage a friend of mine to help her with some vocals...the crowd went crazy cause E.C. is amazing......and can out sing every artist on todays Top 40..she deserves more credit and publicity!!!!!!!!!!!
