"This CD just arrived after 2 years of trying. It is rare and
the wait was worth it. As a compilation it is among the best
of any artist. I also own the Anthology CD and as good as it is
it didn't quite have everything. The song I was looking for
first off was "The Avenger". I only ever had it on a 45 which
I purchased when it first came out in late 61, it never got the
notice that it should have at the time. This song and others
are in stereo for the first time as originally recorded.
The CD is all devoted to the Jamie era, and is a true gem; which
represents Duane's work up to that time.
Listening to this recording will create a new fan and please
the long standing one."

"The sound quality on these recordings is top-notch. Of equal importance, a number of the tunes are in true stereo. Probably the single best Duane Eddy CD extant."
