Pleasant Nighttime Listening

"I have difficulty listening to CDs while trying to fall asleep, but not so with this one. The pace of the music is slow and soothing. The main instruments are piano and synthesizer.

There are 8 tracks, but the sound of field crickets is continuous. Program time is 1 minute 10 seconds shy of an hour."

"After months of getting really only mediocre sleep each night and waking up still feeling shattered, I thought I'd try this CD out. I liked the fact that it was grounded in scientific theory, and after only one night I was hooked. In fact, I slept so deeply I could hardly wake up the next day! I have since bought this CD for friends and family who are similarly afflicted, and have loaded it onto my IPOD so that I can increase the odds of a better night's sleep on overnight flights. Give it a go!"

"A relative of mine sent this music to me right after I lost my Mother to cancer. The 1st song made me cry, it was so beautiful. All of the music was so appropriate to what I was feeling...even each song title. Just wait until you listen to this music, you'll agree."
