It is also designed to help counteract fatigue and access intuitive intelligence. Much of New Age music is relaxing, but this music is relaxing and energizing at the same time. I find it delivers on the above promises, especially when combined with simple exercises devised by Doc Childre. This album is beautiful listening music with a variety of tempos and styles."
