Cleopatra does it again...a reissue of mixed garbage.

"We all know Disorder from the various comps out there from the 80s. They rode the "Burning Ambitions" route into history. But I knew of Disorder without "BA," so I expected a lot from "Driller Killer." I am very disappointed. Unfortunatley, this is a mixed bag of musical nonsense. Important songs are absent, and if you want original versions, than you are out of luck.Instead, there are ample samplings from the "Live in Oslo" and "Violent World" lps. The sound quality of the live tracks are terrible--yet this was to be expected for vinyl. The cd versions of these tracks only highlights the limitations of the source tape. Other tracks pulled from the studio sound ok, but I still think its not very nice for Cleopatra to release this cd without the single version of "Complete Disorder." While Disorder will forever remain one of the more famous 2nd wave punk bands of all time, if you are searching for a document which earned them their reputation, then I advise you to wait unitl somebody (and they always do) reissues the Disorder albums one by one."
