"Fine, fine Jazz! Trombones and guitar, bass, piano, and yes Dick Berk on drums on this release.(If I may digress a bit here...I shop for music all the time and I was at a local record store [here] and I saw a gentleman with a stack of releases in his hands and I noticed that he and I had similar musical tastes, yet he bought this reviewed release. I had no prior knowledge of Dick Berk, so I looked for this release in the racks and this guy had bought the last copy! So for years I had this release on 'wish lists'. I am glad I did).A virtuoso release for lovers of the trombone. Andy Martin on Slide and Mike Fahn on Valve show how smooth and sonically sound this instrument is. I never knew!This will be a favorite of any traditional Jazz aficianado. It is mine. The interplay of the musicians is fabulous. Jazz at the pinnacle."
