Triple WOW, WOW, WOW!!

"One of my favorite CD's, Denise has talent right up there with the very best. Actually better than most.

What hooked me here was the YouTube video she had put out showing how a premium album is put together. This thing took a year and $100,000 to make. And believe me when I say, you can hear the quality cascading thru your speakers. Carey Deadman was the arranger/A&R man for the recording. The Chicago Recording Company was the site for most of the work. CRC is one of the finest studios in the world. Its client list and hits produced bogle the mind!

Carey used the finest musicians in the business, seventy of them! He is truly a knockout arranger and trumpet player. Just listen to the beginning opener for "Whatever Lola Wants". If you like listening to trumpet screamers, this is the one for you. The album also features Mark Colby, one of the finest tenor players on the scene.

The strings are absolutely gorgeous. Watch the YouTube video to see them at work.

Hey, I know I filled this review with superlatives, but I only write about music I really enjoy and think is the best of the genre. Hotel Lafayette is one of those. Add this to your collection, you will not be disappointed!
