"Goes down as one of the better christian hip-hop CD's of all time, and, IMHO, one of the best releases this year of any hip-hop record, christian or mainstream. There aren't many christian rap albums that can go head to head with secular underground, and this is one of them. I think this is undoubtedly an improvement over "The night we called it a day", which was still a outstanding album, but had a spooky feel to it at times... While Rabbi more than holds his own, Dust drops some of the dopest beats ive heard ever, pure genius. As was the case in the previous album, the lyrics are off the charts, proving that these men truly have a gift. As far as the spirutual factor goes, the crew manages to come across strong and unabashed. Sometimes, Christian artist go over the top and try not to crush any eggshells, ending up sounding fake and "boxed". In the mold of LMNO, DS5 states their beliefs in a way that says: this is who we are, and if you dont like it you can stick it in your ear ;)Hopefully, this cd can hit the mainstream and get the undiscovered gems of christian hip-hop out there.

An effort nothing short of spectacular, one of my all-time favorites already."
Take THAT, mainstream crap music!

"FINALLY! A hip-hop album made by sincere, down-to-earth rappers that doesn't have to resort to the n-word, driving whips, bed skills, how many women they've slept with, going platinum, shooting people, cussing people out, talking down to their audience (and thus thinking that they're stupid, brainless rap fans), etc...

Oh, by the way, the lyrics, flow, and PRODUCTION (DJ Dust is officially my favorite producer of all time...move over, Premier!) are UNBELIEVABLE.

Can you say, "Album of the year"??? I sure can!"

"i've listened to the first release,"the night we called it a day", but this one had my ears drawn to it. The addition of Sivion was good (i didn't think it would when i saw it) Rabbi and Dust really hold it down on the boards. manCHILD, listener, sev,and sintax rip it up real well and the others do a real good job of tearing it up too. Keep doin what yall doin ya heard"
