"Their are few experiences I will be able to remember so vividly as to be able to describe them in full detail to my grandchildren. One, peering into the neverending abyss known as the Grand Canyon. Two, unwillingly losing my virginity at the ripe age of twelve. And three, having Dane tap into the uncharted musical waters of my soul. I never thought that a circular piece of plastic filled with ones and zeros could connect me with a higher being, but it did. I have spent the last 25 years of my life looking for a album I could instill the title: "The One." This one blew all preconceptions of what that title could ever mean. Some of the biggest words in the English language, like Love, Vulnerability, Honesty, Art, Courage, Heart.... have all lost meaning when compared to this album. All emotions, everything that is important and meaningly in this life and the next can be summed up in one singular thought.... Anguish. Seriously. I now understand why the Hebrews were afraid to say the name of Yahweh. I would whole heartedly give this album a 5 out of 5 stars, but unfortunately I cannot. I know that Dane will once again grace this earth with yet another mind bending overture, so I must reserve perfection only for Dane's sake. I love you.... seriously."
