CD Reviews

If you have to get this, go for the DVD instead

"I will be honest, I have not seen a copy of the CD. But I do have the DVD. Neither of them is worth the price. There is only 4 tracks and about 27 minutes worth of music.

I am guessing that this enhanced CD is like other enhanced CD's. You get the 4 songs in regular CD format that you can play on any CD player. Plus there is video of the 4 tracks that you can play on your computer. The video is usually very low resolution and in a small window. If you really want this, get the DVD instead, which has enhanced sound and a better picture.

The songs were taken from the TV shows from the early seventies.

Marie Antoinette is 6 minutes long and this is the best version I have heard of the song. But, I have never thought that this was one of their better tunes.

Propositions is fairly energetic, but short at 4 minutes.

The version on the Live album is much better.

Melinda more or less is done acoustically and I didn't recognize it at first.

Vivaldi is 14 minutes and is mostly a violin solo from Darryl Way."
