"Its a crime that Deutekom made so few recordings. There are no dramatic coloraturas today that come anywhere near her talent level. Carreras in his prime was wonderful. Aside from the fact that my copy of this cd skips in several places, the sound is not that good. Its a live mono recording and it sounds like it was recorded from a broadcast. Surprisingly theres only one duet included."
