(4 out of 5 stars)
"This low budget album contains only eight songs. The material was all recorded in 1982 with the exception of 1986's "Riverboat Gamblers". It isn't of any good sound quality but i give it four stars because it's Conway and four of the songs can't be found in print anymore ("Southern Comfort", "I Was The First", "It Turns Me Inside Out", and "Riverboat Gamblers") and if you're a young fan and don't have vinyl albums or turntables, hearing these songs are worth the purchase. However, this proves that his catalogue of albums from the late '70s and early/mid '80s can be re-issued on CD...so why are MCA and Warner Brothers not doing anything to keep his studio albums in print on CDs? The hits collections are great (this CD contains only one hit, "The Rose".) but his album tracks were just as good. Until Warner Brothers or MCA gets on the ball and re-releases his albums on CD format, we'll have to settle for CDs like this."
