"Julie Grant is an amazing singer, and this CD proves it. Julie had modest hits in the 60s, but not the recognition she deserved. The production on all the tracks is excellent, and Julie gives a faultless performance.
I would recommend this CD to anyone who loves 60s music, or likes Pet Clark, Helen Shapiro, or just excellent pop music!
Julie should have been as famous as Dusty! What a performer!"

"Julie Grant, surely the most underated of all the British girl singers that emerged in the sixties. This album contains ALL of her U.K PYE output. 15 singles plus B sides, some produced by TONY HATCH who went on to so much success with PETULA. Standouts are:- COUNT ON ME, terrific covers of THE DRIFTERS.....UP ON THE ROOF, GLADYS KNIGHT'S...GIVING UP, EVERY DAY I HAVE TO CRY and THAT'S HOW HEARTACHES ARE MADE,not forgetting her Chart Hit, the lovely ballad :- COME TO ME.JULIE may not have had much chart success but this set makes you wonder WHY was she so overlooked by the British record buyers."
