CD Reviews

The good the bad and the down right unfair

"I picked up this CD in disbelief you see i was amember of company b in 1989 we did the gotta dance album and then did a whole album that got shelved. or so i thought only to find outt through my niece that Ish Ledesma released it with diffrent girls names in the credits. I will say this, the vocals are great for what they were at the time the writing was fair but the sneaking cheating lieing Ish did was very wrong and I'll make sure that he does make ammends for this...soon!"

"I can honestly say that I give any CD from Company B five stars now knowing the true voices that are on the CD, I'm glad Julie had her say here, you see I grew up in the 80's and I remember fondly the first time I heard Fasinated by company B WOW, what a dance floor scorcher, after the first cassette at the time when cassettes were the thing, I eagerly awaited a second album from these three ladies, boom here comes gotta dance though not as polished as the first album the first single you stole my heart really has a fond place in my heart as a great dance single, I noticed that they kinda just disappeared then not too long ago I found a copy of Jam on me, in which I finally had a CD version of fasinated to jam to in my car, along with a couple of other great catchy tunes ie..goddess of love and turned up, i'm now picking up this CD after some brief listening, I notice a couple others but they seem to be Vapor Ware CD's so to speak..the B united one etc..if anyone knows where I can get these please email me at Vasteelne@earthlink.net, I just want Julie to know that your name is of course listed on the Gotta Dance cassette which I own along with the first album on cassette which I still have and jam to still today, Girl your sounds were part of the music of my growing up and i'm glad you were able to at least have your say here on this forum. Knowing who the real singer is only helps to complete the collection of some truly great songs to dance too even today!!!!"
