Great Band!

"City Folk played the Kerrville Folk Festival in 1993, when I was studying for the bar exam -- I fell in love with them then and treasure the few CDs I bought when I had the chance. The group is, unfortunately, no longer together; but, with the magic of technology, the music remains. If you can get your hands on this CD, do so . . .it's worth the trouble!"

"I met these young men in Redding California in the early 90s at a free concert in the park, and followed them as far as Chico, keeping in touch by mail (Oakland P.O.Box) until they apparently fell off the earth. They are the most talented group in the style of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young I have ever heard. The instrumentation is exceptional and the harmony is exquisite. The first cassette they produced Catch A Glimpse is a prize to be desired (SEARCH!) and I am trying my best to find a copy of Here Come the City Folk anywhere I can. If you have one please contact Krell47@hotmail.com. They are so good I invited them to our wedding. If you can contact any member of the band please tell them Lonnie Dietrick and Sherry Lopez (the paralegal from Redding) send their love. I am trying to track them down at this time. PAX, Sher"
