"Before I ever heard this CD, I knew for sure that Christine Kane's music was very fine. But I did not know that she was also a great performer. She is. The songs in this set are all very good concert renditions of what--to me--have become her greatest hits. But what makes this album truly special and different is the casual, effortless and often quite funny way in which Christine introduces her songs. The intros are always entertaining and, more importantly, often give some insight into the creative process that resulted in the introduced song.



I can imagine having attended this concert and filing out of the auditorium thinking that I really knew Christine. And that it was close to the best concert I've ever attended.
