Check out his solo guitar work. His talents in this area are rarely equaled even by the more "recognized" players. His use of the seven string takes the art of solo jazz guitar playing to another level! Jeff Halsey, George Hindenach, and Gene Parker all offer wonderfully musical contributions to this recording and are artists in their own right."

"I bought this CD at a guitar show after hearing Chris Buzzelli perform. Chris is one of those "relatively unknown" names who deserves to be "better known", indeed. This CD has been on my Top 10 list for a long time, and there are some "big names" on that list. This guy has the musicianship and musical taste that leaves an impression for a long time. IF EVER I WOULD LEAVE YOU has become a "jazz guitar classic" for me. I cannot listen to any other version of this song without thinking of Chris Buzzelli's version. His rendition of THE SHADOW OF YOUR SMILE evokes the same feeling. Nice flute work by Gene Parker enhances this recording. The arrangements and selections make an absolutely refreshing jazz guitar CD. You don't have to be a "big name" with a big recording contract to produce quality music such as this. Chris Buzzelli easily proves this."
