"Carlos Embale is one of the great voices of Cuban rumba. These sessions are a must have for lovers of rumba. Embale's voice is clear and blends beautifully with the conjunto. When you listen to these tracks you will understand the extend of Embale's influence on younger soneros. "El paso franco" is a classic. Check it out. (You can also hear Embale on Mongo's "Our Man in Havana" singing "Agua limpia todo" and "Complicacion": awesome stuff.)"
