"When I was a spotty young adolescent groovin' in my bedroom to the soul groups of the sixties my favourite ever single was Candy & the Kisses "81" a fabulous voice, tight arrangement and an atmosphere to dress any teenage angst scenario and now I have found an album of this very very underrated girl group over shadowed by the Shirelles et al but this has worn so well that it is cutting edge retro pop now. Take a listen and if you ever just wanted to get up and dance and you have worn out a half century of birthdays pop this in your basket NOW"
