CD Reviews

Thank You Wired Planet

"I first heard Bugs with the entrancing "Oracle" on Wired Planet. I decided I like them even more when I listened to "File Under X"I kept putting off buying this album because I still felt I knew little about it. I am so glad that I finally purchased it.I don't usually care for vocals in my electronica, or electronica in my smooth vocals. But this is amazing. Not all of the songs have vocals, though.Well worth the money was the song "About You" which deserves frequent radio play. This is the kind of music you need when you're sick of all your cds. Great for a groove or relaxing, as only Bugs can do simultaneously."
Very easy listening

"I bought this cd used for $2 and was blown away. o.k. for $2 I wasn't expecting much. The more I listened the more I liked it. The music is deep and sometimes a little darker than the downtempo music that many people like. It's very electronic and more rhythmic than lush or maybe I have that backwards. If you like electronic music like portishead, hooverphonic or Goldie check this out. Even if you don't like that style of music I can't imagine anyone not liking "About you". The other tracks I really enjoy are "Superscience" and "Filed under x". The whole cd is easy to listen to."
