CD Reviews

The Master at Work!!!
James E. Monack Jr. | Washington, DC United States | 03/31/2003
(5 out of 5 stars)

"What can I say? I used to think I had a few tricks up my sleeve when I played on the same bill with Mr. Luv. I've since moved across the country, leaving my music behind, thinking I left a mark on San Francisco when I got this CD in the mail. I literally fell on the floor laughing and was reminded that, while I may have been a Cheeseball, Bud E. Luv will always rule the city by the bay. Diary of a Loungeman is a masterpiece.I am ever humbled,(Formerly) The Big Cheese"
Funny (not ha-ha) until you find yourself singing along
James E. Monack Jr. | 01/13/2003

"I received this album as a joke (I hope) and immediately threw it on the stereo. Although the cover of "Crazy Train" doesn't have the raw energy (and clarinet solo) of Pat Boone's version, I couldn't help find myself singing the Bud E. Luv version to myself as I was shopping at Wal-mart. If you've ever worn a powder blue tux and liked it or ever wondered what Ozzy would sound like all washed up in Vegas, then pour yourself a martini, lock the doors, turn up the volume and enjoy."
The Perfect Ozzy album.....

"even if he isn't singing the songs! This album sounds exactly like Ozz at his zenith: high, drunk, and wearing the weirdest s@#t on god's green earth."
