"Giant sets are what you take surfin' Makapuu...

this parody of the Police Song, "walking on the moon" is contagious,
from the first time I heard it it has been running through my head,
or should I say surfing through...

This isn't about trying to be "funny" or a "comedian" (some anonymous
vandal put the tags "unfunny comedian" on all of Bu La`ia's products).

It is about being Hawaiian, and having the surf mean more to you than trying
to entertain stationary people. If you like Bu La`ia, it's because you
recognize what he represents, a lifestyle without a lot of baggage to carry
around. Bu La`ia isn't always in perfect pitch, but he is real, and maybe
will also show you that if you want to do something, maybe you can just do it.

Good music, I do love this album."
