CD Reviews

A fantastic album!
M. Mulligan | Brooklyn, New York | 07/29/2004
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Tremendous percussion grooves meet Bryan's passionate guitar to create an album that will keep you movin'. And you don't have to be Latino to relate to soulful songs like Obatalá and No me Llores. I also enjoy playing dancy Vamanos P'al Monte and El Sonido in the mornings while I'm getting ready for work; their driving rhythms keep me going all day. This is a cool new band that I truly hope takes off; a mix of nostalgic Latin favorites, a modern rock groove, and plenty of funk is a necessary departure in a time of processed pop."
Love the beat!

"This is music that moves your soul and quickly makes you want to move your body, too. The combination of African and Latin influences is a match made in heaven. Well worth the price!"
